The James T. Emerson Education and Conference Center may be divided into three rooms or used as one large banquet hall.

 

Each room has its own projector and drop down screen. They may be used together or independently. (8,000 sq. ft.)

What is included in your rental?

• Up to 450 chairs.

• 72 in. round banquet tables

• 8 ft. long buffet tables (amount varies.)

• 6 ft. long buffet tables (amount varies.) 

• Wireless microphone and podium.

• Projector and screens.

• Setup of tables and chairs as requested by renter.

 

Optional services include:

• Cleanup after event

  • (Includes sweeping, mopping, trash removal).
